Yummy new salad and Kangaroo

Bidgets
try this meal -
Kangaroo meat - that's right - skippy. Leanest red meat, less carbon emissions than beef, no hormones, no caging etc....

Salad -
1 beetroot (raw)
1/4 Cos lettuce
1/2 cup milleil cheese or parmesan
splash of salad dressing - we used soy, extra virgin organic olive oil
would also lend itself to finely chopped ginger root, garlic and mint.

Health - extremely high
Taste - sensational!
Time to prepare - 10 minutes (5 mins for roo meat to "Sit")
Zone combo - protein 40 : carb 30, fats 30.
Calories - who cares!

Got to agree about kangaroo, it just makes so much sense. Also great for people with type 2 Diabetes that want to reverse their Diabetes naturally.
